All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Roll Gothica adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your order, your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, or if emails are non-responsive via text. We will never contact you via phone or mail.

Why will we contact you?

When placing an order, you will typically receive 2 emails: your order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation email (or digital order delivery if purchasing a digital item).

If you are a site member, you will receive a welcome email to our loyalty point scheme when you first purchase (or with your first purchase as a site member). You will also receive an email: if you have enough points for a reward, if you enter a higher reward tier, and if you supply your birthday when registering you will receive an email giving you bonus loyalty points on your birthday.

If you opt in to our mailing list, you consent to receive marketing information from Roll Gothica and will receive a welcome email, and future newsletters. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, with immediate effect.
